On behalf of Freshman Hold’em JFC, DB Capitol Strategies in conjunction with the Coolidge Reagan Foundation filed an Advisory Opinion Request with the Federal Election Commission on August 21, 2013. Freshman Hold’em JFC requested guidance on the information that must be presented by joint fundraising committees in each communication in order to provide adequate public notice of the committee’s identity.
